🛒 For Online Purchases
- Return/Exchange Timeframe:You can request for return infront of delivery man but can't return after receiving the product. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your product.
- Proof of Purchase:You must provide your order history or invoice as proof of purchase.
- Process:All exchanges must be completed within 3 days. Delivery agents will not process exchanges on the spot.
- B: Must beinform us via Messenger/email within 3 days.
🏬 For Showroom Purchases
- Return/Exchange Timeframe:You can request an exchange within 3 days of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase:You must bring the original money receipt when visiting the showroom for exchange.

- Be in fresh, unused and undamaged
- Have no dust, dirt, stains or signs of wear.
- Be returned with all original tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable).
