🛒 For Online Purchases

  • Return/Exchange Timeframe:You can request for return infront of delivery man but can't return after receiving the product. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your product.
  • Proof of Purchase:You must provide your order history or invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Process:All exchanges must be completed within 3 days. Delivery agents will not process exchanges on the spot.

 

  • B: Must beinform us via Messenger/email within 3 days.

🏬 For Showroom Purchases

  • Return/Exchange Timeframe:You can request an exchange within 3 days of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase:You must bring the original money receipt when visiting the showroom for exchange.

✅    Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  1. Be in fresh, unused and undamaged
  2. Have no dust, dirt, stains or signs of wear.
  3. Be returned with all original tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable).

📌 Important Notes

  • We only offer exchangefor size, color, or other products—no cash refunds.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Products failing to meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
